Nature Photography | Learning to See with Nature [Video]

Nature Photography and learning to see with nature is a title that seems to fit this video very well, because none of the images featured in this film were pre-planned and completely the result of me being deeply present and noticing my surroundings. Learning to see compositions with ‘your’ nature photography can take time, but with practice, dedication to the art of photography and of course, lots of patience, you will become competent at noticing your surroundings better. I’ve been a photographer for more years than I care to admit, but I have never become tired of developing my eye. I love the game of finding compelling compositions and executing beautiful images from what would appear to be very little in the first instance. I urge you to do the same and not get frustrated by not seeing images, but enjoy the journey of developing your eye. It’s the time taken that sets you apart as an individual rather than a photographer who turns up to the same place as everyone else and captures the same scene with the exception of varying sky and light. The subject is forever the same in these instances, so take a risk and Learn to See!Support this channelBecome a You Tube member to get access to perks from as little as 0.99p per month:https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCN6SJ2ZewJXjEXFhorHWlug/joinBecome a Patreon friend to get access to perks from as little as £1.20 per monthhttps://www.patreon.com/simonboothphotographyOr buy me a cuppa at Kofi: https://ko-fi.com/simonboothphotographyOr a one-off donation to Paypal: https://www.paypal.com/biz/fund?id=WUMZDZBAZNNWSSupport the channel another way:By using the below links to buy your equipment, you are directly contributing a small amount to help me make more of these films for you to enjoy. My Amazon Shop https://www.amazon.co.uk/shop/simonboothAffiliated ProductsCountry Innovation Clothing and Kase Filters and Velleret Photography Gloves https://simonboothphotography.com/product-category/affiliated-products/Vlog equipment:Canon PowerShot G7 X Mark II – https://goo.gl/9Dw8dBGoPro HERO5 Action Camera – https://goo.gl/qvWq4JDJI Mavic Pro Drone – https://goo.gl/GJzxY6Zoom H1 Handy Recorder – https://goo.gl/1hF16xGitzo GT2542 Mountaineer Series 2 Carbon Tripod – https://goo.gl/u2HbCfPhotographic equipment:Kase Filters: – https://kasefilters.com/ref/SimonBooth/Pentax 645z – https://amzn.to/2OO36EEPentax – HD 28-45mm f4.5 AW SR – https://rb.gy/52beb2Pentax – smc 45-85mm f4.5 – https://rb.gy/0e1c9bPentax smc 80-160mm f4.5 – https://rb.gy/bfb87ePentax 120mm smc Macro f4 – https://rb.gy/db6098Gitzo GT4542LS Series 4 6X Systematic Carbon TripodOther:Garmin Fenix 5 Activity watch and GPS – https://amzn.to/2ngstDDMusic:Epidemic SoundContact and Social Media:Email: info@simonboothphotography.comWeb: http://www.simonboothphotography.comYou Tube: http://www.youtube.com/c/SimonBoothPhotographyFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/SimonBoothPhotography1Twitter: https://twitter.com/SimonBoothPhotoFlickr : https://www.flickr.com/photos/135223214@N05/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/simonboothphotography/500px: https://500px.com/simon_booth_1

Stomp Out Storm Damage with Help from SERVPRO of Norfolk. [Video]

Repeated water and wind damage can weaken your home’s structure, roof, and foundation. The age of your home also contributes to weakening (age does the same to most of us, alas). While the weakening is not sufficient to be a problem by itself, it can make your home susceptible to new storm damage. It’s as if the universe gave just one more straw to the camel that represents your house (we’ll retire from metaphors now). The franchise professionals at SERVPRO® of Norfolk are only a phone call away. Can Planting Trees Solve the Climate Crisis? [Video]

The roughly 3 trillion trees currently on Earth sequester about a third of human-caused greenhouse gas emissions, harnessing the power of photosynthesis to convert CO2 into biomass and energy. Tree planting initiatives simply propose upscaling the process. But, how much can we realistically upscale? And how much CO2 would actually be stored?
